The layout is based on the idea of zoning into guest and private parts. We enter the guest area through a long mirrored hall. It also includes a spacious living room, dining room, and kitchen, separated from the guest area by transparent sliding doors.

The apartment occupies a sunny side of the complex. Given the many panoramic windows, there is a chance that it will be completely washed in sunlight all day long. We designed the window shutters, so our clients can use them when they need a cozy cooling shade.

Natural snow-white Thassos marble, plaster imitating wood bark, Arte Veneziana mirrors, natural cotton, velveteen, and nubuck were used for interior fit-out and decoration. We also chose the doors with the Invisible opening system throughout the project as a modern design solution to enlarge the space visually and eliminate unnecessary details.

The private area includes a cozy master bedroom with a fireplace, a chic dressing room, and a spacious bathroom with a window. In this area, there are also two guest rooms with separate bathrooms, each decorated in its own monochrome palette. The project used works by Dmitry Gaev-Orlov and Andrey Vereshchagin from the Systematism-Art collection.
