Troon Golf Academy
The total area is 330 He, of which 70 are dedicated to the golf course area. There are 14 lakes connected by waterfalls and streams and a spacious birch grove. It is hard to believe that the reserved natural beauty here was entirely man-made. Experts from around the world have worked for several years to ensure that every detail meets all the requirements for premium comfort and emphasizes the owner’s exclusive
choice. The estate is famous for its exclusive infrastructure, Troon Golf Academy, and a magnificent 18-hole golf course, designed by famous American golf architect Cal Olson. He is known worldwide for his design approach and various awards for unique golf projects located in China, South Korea, Taiwan, French Polynesia, Singapore, Mexico, Spain, Russia, Canada, Hawaii, and many states across the USA.

WE DIDN'T INTEND TO PUT UP A BUILDING BUT DECIDED TO MAKE HISTORY
This project is a result of collaboration with the American architect Robert Zampolin. The main idea was to create a masterpiece that would reflect exceptional clients' taste and his broad understanding of spacious American and sophisticated Italian architecture, as well as his love for
snow-white natural stone in the facade decoration. Every single detail of this project has been worked out with pinpoint precision and masterly enhanced its splendor. The sophisticated residence brilliantly blended into the surrounding landscape.
