MISSION
A big project starts with a bold idea of a few, is created by the hard work of many, and evolves to become a part of everyone. It is a journey of many years: from dream to reality, from weightless thoughts to well-executed ideas, from pencil sketches to incredible architectural forms, and from timid first steps to daring implementation. The Wine Park project was conceived as a creative cluster and HUB of modern winemaking and wine tourism, as a unique product for promoting the culture of the region, increasing tourist and
investment attractiveness, and developing and branding the territory. A multifunctional and unique space was created to combine the best initiatives to revive the status of Russia as a unique wine region and become one of the centers of the world's wine culture. The task was to create a territory of new meanings that form a large-scale infrastructure around them. The idea arose to unite the diversity of wineries, create a convenient platform for development and give everyone the opportunity to connect with the world of winemaking.

MEANINGS TERRITORY
The Wine Park territory is a unique accumulation of various interactive points for wine lovers, from symbolic Art objects to our own cheese dairy. Walking through the Wine Park, you become part of a reflexive space that inevitably leads to new discoveries. An invisible thread, that forms the project concept, connects everything.

NATURALNESS
The concept was developed by the Italian architect Marco Casamonti (Archea Associati) on the basis of his design for the famous Cantina Antinori Winery located in Val di Pesa (Pesa Valley), between Florence and Siena, completed in 2011. The project blended into the surrounding landscape in an unusual and natural way, as if nature itself had created it.

WINERY BUILDING
Perhaps the most unique feature of the Wine Park is the winery building. The only one of its kind and one of the most technically complex buildings, the analogs of which are definitely not to be found on the territory of Russia. The winery must create unique terroir wines which is why it is so important to correctly set up the wine production at the very beginning. For this reason, the winery has to be of a gravity type. It has four levels, three of which lead us deep underground, and this is no less than 26 meters. The unique shape of the tower and the choice of finishes materials - all this is amazing and immerses you in a completely different reality. Here, symmetry
is everywhere - up to embedded parts in concrete. The tower is the highest point of the project, 54.5 meters high, and has two tasting rooms with 360-degree visibilities. The observation deck at a height of 45 meters and the other tasting rooms below will help you get a closer look at the complex geometry of the vineyard, surrounded by the endless expanses of the sea on one side and majestic mountains on the other. A glass of excellent wine will complement the idyll. The Wine Park Tower is a place where you can be in solitude and enjoy breathtaking panoramic views.

FOUR ELEMENTS
On the first floor of the building, you will see a breathtaking artificial lake with a diameter of 80 meters. You can also enjoy views of the endless sea, mountains, and vineyards while walking along the operated roof of the winery. The uniqueness of the facility is emphasized by the applied solutions and technologies, such as architectural concrete with pigment and multi-level spaces, complex curved surfaces of walls and beams, “letter” walls, and a mirror cube, “hovering” (hanging)
containers, and the tasting rooms with unique solutions for storing wine bottles. Corten steel metal (an alloy that has increased oxidation stability) is used in the finishing of the roof, stairs, and other details. Each material is a harmonious combination of the four elements and the most latest innovations. Architectural concrete is equivalent to a mountain range, a lake is a sea surface, the earth is corten steel, and glass is the sky and air.

OUT OF TIME
The internal appearance is also strict, the colors are well-ordered and concise, and the light plays a key role here. Extraordinary brass lamps, resembling bunches of grapes, and large windows fill the space with lines, reflected from the boiserie panels. This symbiosis creates airy lightness and the unique style of Wine Park's first floor. The finishing materials for interiors, as well as for exteriors, are also based on architectural concrete, corten steel metal, and patinated brass with a unique lacquer treatment that gives it a unique noble hue and glass. Smooth ceiling lines and curved corten stairs allow the building to be a style staple and timeless, always
remaining contemporary and rock-solid. The space amazes and captures the eye, drawing more and more new details. The walls of the winery with a height of 24 meters attract attention. The names of 17 grape varieties are embossed on them, each letter is as unique as these varieties. Studying and touching the walls of the winery, reading the varieties, finding your favorite ones, and remembering your acquaintance with each of them, you plunge into the multifaceted world of wine. This kind of atmosphere contributes to the awareness of the long and difficult way of grapes from the vine to wine in a glass.

MEDITATION PROCESS
Here the main processes of vinification take place, and the transformation of the must obtained at the previous stage into young wine. Twenty-four floating steel tanks, each with a volume of 4,100 liters (that is, the total volume reaches almost 100,000 liters) participate in this transformation. At this technological stage, fate is born and the character of the wine is formed. Further, when the wine enters the barrels for aging
and storage the geometry and infinity of smooth lines immerse us in the meditative process of wine aging. The fruits of the terroir, in contact with the walls of the barrel, are complemented by new shades and depth. This is how full-bodied wines are born, in which the energy and richness of the region will sound, and which are subsequently stored in the unique Temple of Wine.
INTELLIGENT WINEMAKING
The Wine Park project is a definite trendsetter for the use of the latest technologies and innovations. In addition, a vivid example of this is the ability to fully immerse yourself in intelligent winemaking with AR glasses. An interactive journey through the halls of the winery is a long way from the vine to
wine in a glass. New technologies enable interaction with the digital world, and synergy with the art of winemaking will make this experience unique. Going down the floors of the winery, a curtain is lifted on the mysterious and versatile world of wine.
ROBOT SOMMELIER
Wine Park space is not only about searching for new meanings, but also about keeping up with the times. A glass of wine can be served here by both a professional sommelier and a robot that will select the best option from a wide range of excellent Russian wines to meet your desires. Ideas are not born out of thin air, although sometimes it seems that this is exactly how it happens, given so many sources of inspiration in our amazing world.
WINE KITCHEN
Wine Kitchen is the first restaurant of Lokavor cuisine in Crimea. Aromatic warm bread made from various varieties of wheat fresh from the oven of our own bakery, barbecue made from the most tender meat that melts in your mouth, and author's cheeses, ideally combined with a magnificent collection of wines from around the world. All dishes are made
from local products, lovingly grown and produced by the farmers on the territory of the peninsula. Seasonal offers and reinvention of traditional dishes make the Wine Park restaurant wine and gastronomic point of attraction. Together with the farmers of the peninsula, a modern exquisite cuisine of Southern Russia is being created.
FLOATING BRIDGE
When was created the Wine Park project, the team obviously did not strive for a stereotyped ideal, since true beauty and the uniqueness of the local color are much more important. Moreover, most importantly - to verify the most successful point in order to enjoy its stunning views. The Floating Bridge
with a reach of 20 meters has become an excellent viewing platform for contemplating the luxury of the local landscape and the sea. Here, also on the white sand the green long-liver of the Cactus Garden, which has collected about 40 species of plants.
WATERFALL OF LIFE
There are many metaphors in the Wine Park, and the Japanese landscape architect Shiro Nakane created one of them: a waterfall personifies a person’s life, which can begin in a matter of moments, just like wine is born, or water just starts fall off a cliff, so it will end - like a stream of water that has already fallen down.
