The area of each villa is on average about 300 m2. The simple rectangular forms of the Cubism style are placed on three parallel levels, on a site of about 20 hectares, offering a panoramic view of the vineyard and fruit trees. The conceptual space of the villas combines the actual author's design with innovative technologies, giving a feeling of impeccable comfort. There is a lot of natural wood, bright wine and turquoise shades of marble, stylish lamps with brass trim, and classy and incredibly convenient furniture. In addition, the interiors used golden beige, chocolate, gray, and, of course, shades of marsala - sweet Italian wine, is a shade of dark red with a pronounced 

brown tone. The use of a deep and rich palette and unusual combinations of textures, furniture, fabrics, and decor create the mood of unpretentious luxury. Each villa has a combined living room with a kitchen area, a large dining table, and a cozy place to relax, bright bedrooms with private bathrooms, a spacious terrace with a patio, sun loungers, a hanging swing, and access to the pool. The style of the villas seems to have been created by nature itself for peaceful recreation.
