As part of the waterfront and its infrastructure reconstruction project, extensive technical work was carried out for the Mriya Resort & SPA hotel territory, considering the difficult climatic conditions of this region. Based on the analysis of the world experience of similar coastal complexes, in our project, everything is thought out and provided for a full-fledged comfortable stay, including themed restaurants, a lounge bar, a pizzeria, a children's area in the form of an ancient ship and a separate pool, SPA, massages, therapeutic Yoga, and so on. The exteriors of all infrastructure facilities harmoniously intertwined and create a single futuristic smooth line.

The project has turned into an excellent world-class resort, with a super modern beach and an area for practicing any kind of sports and recreation: from Yoga to diving and yachting.
