This premium urban quarter is located in the center of Moscow, on the historic site of the Slava watch factory. The residential complex features four high-rise towers connected by a single-story podium and a two-level underground parking garage. The international firm Jahn designed the architectural concept for the second phase, while the Tokyo-based studio Nikken Sekkei developed the tower crowns. As one of the world's largest multidisciplinary architecture and engineering companies, Nikken Sekkei crafted crowns that seem to defy the laws of physics. Their bold composition appears remarkably light and ethereal. We designed the outdoor terraces as an extension of this light, ethereal Japanese aesthetic, creating an exclusive design concept titled “Oasis in the Sky” that opens up sweeping views across Moscow.
