The project provides for a complete replacement of utilities while preserving original brickwork and beams. Clinker bricks and bright color accents are used in the finishing of the facades. The highlight of the project is the roof used as a public space. Here we have a view of a green oasis of the city and an old manor house.

 

Expressive interiors of the entrance groups differ in the use of various styles, finishes, and color palettes, ranging from contrasting Marokesh, eloquent Art Deco to Neoclassic.
