The interiors embody a philosophy of refined minimalism: precise lines, sophisticated engineering, and a carefully curated palette of natural materials. An understated, meticulously balanced color palette serves as an exquisite backdrop for fine art and collectible design. The expansive, light-filled amenity spaces feature bespoke finishes created using techniques developed by the French atelier Tollis. A defining feature is the strategic use of accent Italian Cipollino Ondulato marble with its striking veining. Like the element of water, it softly envelops the interiors of the principal spaces.

INTERIOR DESIGN

The Lobby transcends the conventional entrance sequence, presenting itself as a private gallery where art is fully integrated into the residential experience. Collectible contemporary designs by Pierre Bonnefille, Li Chevalier, Christophe Delcourt, Roxane Lahidji, Irakli Zaria, and Ariana Ahmad stand alongside timeless classic pieces by the legendary Brazilian architect Oscar Niemeyer.

RECEPTION

The Grand Vestibule is an expansive central space flooded with natural light. At its center, a custom-designed fountain and an expressive bronze sculpture are set against a monumental wall panel, creating an atmosphere of understated luxury and timelessness.
