This is a private club community consisting of 100 modern cottages. The unique European architecture of the village was created by the Dutch architect Erik van Egeraat and is neatly following the contours of the landscape. As a result of the design creation of this cottage, there is an ultra-modern interior with a lot of open spaces, involving finishing with eco-friendly natural materials as well as using elements of a bionic smart environment.
