The architectural style of the building is based on the contrasting elements of classicism and constructivism. The entrance to the house made in the form of an arch leading to a two-level entrance group. In the classic and modern sections of the seven-story Barkli Virgin House, there are twenty-one apartments with areas ranging from 120 to 358 m². 

The project is equipped with modern engineering systems by a leading German manufacturer, known worldwide for the high quality and reliability of its products. A maximum of two apartments were intended to be on each floor to maintain a very private atmosphere. The residents of the upper floors have the option to install in-house fireplaces. 

Kelly Hoppen has created an exclusive palette of four luxurious styles for these apartments: Vintage,  Sea Breeze, Green, and Urban. All of them stem from the original series of design palettes by Kelly Hoppen for YOO, which allows the clients to choose from a whole range of finishes and accessories according to their taste: from the calm and

peaceful Sea Breeze to the classic and modern Urban. Textures and their combinations are among the most important components of Kelly's style. “My designs are very simple, but the most important thing is that I create them using natural materials of the best quality,” Kelly says.
