The new business districts of Baku, located in the city center, have presented a number of modern buildings with postmodern and futurist architecture. In addition to commercial projects, unique residential complexes are being actively built in the city. For the residential complex Bayil Residence, the investor chose the place of famous seaside boulevard first line, which offers extraordinary views of the Caspian Sea. Here, not far from Bayil Residence area, the Heydar Aliyev Center was built - one of the unique projects created by the incredible Zaha Hadid, she endlessly confessed her affection for the city, considering it one of her three favorite cities in the world.

The task was to develop the project architecture and interiors for the deluxe residence using advanced innovation and technologies. The first sketches were designed in cooperation with the titled British bureau Aedas RHWL. The lines encircling the façade protect it from the strong gusts of wind typical of the region and symbolize the link between past, present, and future.
